Sales Coordinator - Oxford Office

We are seeking to recruit an office based sales person with the motivation and desire to work as part of a strong and professional Sales Team, with the enthusiasm to take an active role in promoting the Company through the medium of relationship selling.

Reporting to the Regional Manager, the successful candidate will be expected to:

• be driven by sales success and motivated by building and maintaining long term customer relationships throught the provision of the highest standard of customer service at all times
• have the ability to proficiently use business systems, including CRM database and Microsoft Office
• be numerate, have excellent communication skills and enjoy telephone contact at all levels within the scope of the role
• have a proactive and confident approach when contributing at regional sales meetings
• facilitating promotional activity for the team together with Senior Sales Coordinator and Regional Manager

An understanding of the construction industry and how it works would be an advantage but is not mandatory for the right person.

Operating from our Head Office in Perth, our current business is secured throughout Scotland and the North of England. In line with company expansion into the Greater Manchester area, we are looking to recruit an experienced Contracts Manager to achieve our business targets.

The role will include the need for site visits prior to our start on site, liaising with Head Office for the procurement of materials and plant and managing our site works, with particular emphasis on Health and Safety and profitability.

The likely candidate must demonstrate a determination and ambition to succeed, have excellent communication skills and, be a proven team player. It is essential that any applicant possesses both a current CSCS card and clean driving licence

The successful candidate will be proficient in negotiating at all levels and, as required, able to assist both our estimating department and our Business Development Manager.
