MACTUBES are synthetic tubular bags made from strong porous woven polypropylene fabric. Custom made up to 3 metres diameter. MACTUBES are pump-filled with slurry and provide a stable basis for new embankments and breakwaters. They are particularly useful for tidal working.

MACTUBES can also be used for dewatering applications where dredging arisings can be pumped into the MACTUBE where water/moisture in the soil slurry can drain out. This leaves a tube of drained arisings, in an easier to handle and ship form than the wet slurry.
